however, we do understand that sizing or product issues may arise. in such rare cases, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange under the following conditions:

• exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• to initiate an exchange, kindly email us at [your email] with your order ID and a short note.
• exchanges are subject to approval after a thorough quality check.

Note:

• shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
• sale, discounted, or customized products are not eligible for exchange.
• refunds are only offered if the product is damaged during transit and reported within 24 hours of receiving it, along with proper unboxing video proof.
